At SafeCharge, as CTO and CPO, Oded ran the technology and product behind card acquiring and processing at global scale: approvals, local payment methods, fraud and risk, settlement. Its merchants included some of the biggest game companies in the world, the kind that measure conversion in basis points and outages in millions. He stayed through the company's ~$890M acquisition by Nuvei.
Being the merchant of record means the tax, the refund, the chargeback and the compliance are yours, in every country you sell in. Oded has built and operated payments in that seat. He knows exactly what a game publisher hands over when it lets someone else be the seller, and what it costs.
As COO of ChargeAfter he scaled point-of-sale financing through its $44M Series B. Then he co-founded UNIPaaS and, as CTO and CPO, built it from zero into an FCA-regulated embedded-payments platform used by dozens of software platforms and tens of thousands of merchants.
